Payment for enrolment works similarly to subscriptions which are automatically renewed according to your selected payment option and the enrolment will be automatically delivered by William and Stanley after each successful renewal.

For example, if you started a weekly payment option / subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each week and you will be able to continue attending the scheduled programme, without the need to place the order by yourself!

Can I pause or cancel an enrolment/subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel an enrolment/subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The only time when the enrolment/subscription can't be cancelled is if you started an enrolment/subscription and attended a class.

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial enrolment/subscription.

You can also access your enrolment/subscriptions if you create an account in
your shop.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the enrolment/subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
